“House of the Rising Sun” Coming in April

Nicoletta is already preparing her next release. In late April, she will unveil her take on “House of the Rising Sun” - a song with a fascinating history.

Originally a traditional American folk ballad with roots going back to the 18th or early 19th century, “House of the Rising Sun” was passed down through generations before reaching mainstream success. The most famous version was recorded by British rock band The Animals in 1964, whose haunting arrangement and raw vocals turned it into an international hit and a timeless rock classic.

Nicoletta’s upcoming version will honor that legacy while adding her signature style and emotional intensity.
